Read my story...

I want to share my experiences in the British Employment Tribunal. I have had a long journey.
I was not given a fair trial. I have read that Article 6 does not allow a judge to 'exclude evidence that has substantive probative value.' The judges ignored my evidence, which is clearly documented. I have been accused of being vexatious, just for appealing a decision. No other reason has been given.
I need to make a public disclosure to some fair minded, reasonably informed members of the public.

  1. That is awful. The justice system in this country sounds very complicated. Is it done this way to intimidate the leyman? I suppose you can pretend you have a successful and fair justice system if it is so convoluted and bureaucratic no one can decipher it.
